Cookie Order Day

  • Cookie orders open on Sunday at 9am and will close on Monday 9am. You have 24 hours to place your orders (eastern time)

Cookie Ship Day

  • Orders will be shipped every Saturday morning after Cookie Order Day.
  • Orders usually arrive in 1-3 days locally and 3-5 days for locations outside the Cincinnati area. Tracking information will be provided once a shipping label has been created.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

While we take the upmost care in packaging each order to ensure safe shipping, Sandy's Catering Cupcakes is not responsible for lost, damaged, returned, or delayed packages once handed to the post office.
